bowhunter97
This will be a no brainer to some of you but which would u choose for hunting a prairie? The muzzleloader definitely has more range but the fun bowhunting is that they do have to be close.
layin on the smackdown
There is fun in both, so really it comes down to your objective. Are you serious and looking to harvest a certain animal, or are you more about just being out and if it happens it happens? Prairie is tough to hunt, but if you are seeking a familiar animal and want to try and harvest it with a bow, your best bet is a ground blind and knowing this animals habits and routines. If you are tree stand hunting with a bow, you really comprimise your options and narrow your odds of being where the deer want to be or travel, so a ML would be more appropriate for the range you may need. i would stick with a bow and do what i could until ML'r season rolled around, then hit it hard with the smoke pole. dan

Born4it
If I needed to shoot something, I'd choose muzzleloader for obvious reasons, but for every other scenario, I choose the stick 'n' string!
