Jeramie
We have a cold front much earlier than I have seen in probably 10 years. We are going to be in the 50's over the weekend. It was 46deg at the hosue this morning! Im guessing because of that we have geese and some ducks moving like crazy. I have had a bunch of greater Canada geese coming over the house pretty regular. Last night we were standing in the kitchen and my wife said, "Listen.." I heard them and ran to the front door. Sure enough about 30 big, big Canada geese nearly clipped the top off of my roof! If season would have been here (starts the end of this month) I would have been out there with a 3.5" shell talking back.
92xj
Nice! Remind me in late season to take a 30 second video in my driveway of the geese that fly over the house. You will **** a brick.
Ravin R10 man
with the big snow strom that just went through Montana, North dakota, Minn..I figured geese would have been heading south ahead of it
Jeramie
Had my Oldest's birthday party in Tulsa on Saturday. On the way back we had three huge gaggles flying over. We estimated around 250 - 300, flying high and moving south. Ducks are moving in hard too. We just need to get to November for the season now!
