kcall
Ghost Blind? Never used one before but it looks like it works super good!
Jeramie
Ive seen these used on hunting shows. If they are angled so they dont reflect the sun im guessing they would work great. What do you do if a doe sees her reflection though? She may not spook but then again she may. I would definately give it a try though... seems to me they should be very effective. Dawg
A friend of mine has one. He set it up behind the warehouse in a knee high grassy lot (less than 1/4 acre). Then he got folks to walk out there to see if they could find it and no one could.
stevebeilgard
the inventor of the ghost blind hunted with me 6-7 years ago. this blind is a favorite for military snipers, being careful not to let the sun flash it. pretty simple to do, as they should be pointed down on a 30 degree angle to reflect the vegetation in front of you. here's the deciding factor: they look great for rifle hunting, but we were bow hunting. you had to step aside after drawing the bow, exposing yourself. buckee was behind a ghost blind, on camera, when he shot his buck. but i don't like the stepping out and exposing yourself. buckee had a patient antelope.... AaronS
I have one. I won it in one of their monthly drawings. I've killed a turkey while using it but no deer yet as I normally hunt from tree stands. They do work very well.
