arrow32
Well finally all the hunting from my dad and myself have finally rubbed off on my brother. He is 16 finally got a bow this year and is lovin it. Ain't killed a deer yet but had been out. I'm taking him this week and will keep doig it everytime I can. It might cut into my season but I would rather him have a good year than me. I'm proud that he finally came to our side.lol I never thought he would didnt show anything for it even big into fishing now. To top it off he texted me tonight and asked if I would teach him what I know about yote hunting. Told him its not a ton but would put him on the right path and we could both learn a lot. I can't wait to take this new adventure. It's going to be an awesome season this year. Im more pumped than I have been in a couple years. I don't know if I kinda lost my drive or what but this has got me amped up now.

I know my son Joe is quite the mentor to his yonger brothers AJ and Mike. You will always have a hunting partner that way!

arrow32
good job, cody Thanks! Like I said I'm pumped. There thursday he said he wants to get in a treestand when we go since he ain't hunted out of one. Been trying to talk him into sitting in a blind I have setup because I know he can shoot a deer out of it Thursday but he won't listen.lol So not to bust his buble or get him irritated with me I told him that would be fine. I would let him use my harness since he don't have one. Little does he know I'll be close by making sure everything is going fine. Not that I think he will do anything bad just want to make sure he's safe first time in a stand. I'm pretty pumped tho I think theres a good chance we could get a double down thursday night. Me and dad and him have only hunted a total of 2 times in the first 2 weeks due to being so busy so I know they have no idea we are even around and little to no scent left behind. Going to be a great day.
