WHISKEYSWAMP
action has been slow around the house but did shoot a doe a couple weeks ago. I've only seen small bucks but the big buck sign is there. The other property I hunt in Crawford county, the bucks were moving last weekend but I can only make it over there on weekends. I have several vacation days scheduled the next couple weeks, so hopefully the big bucks getting moving with cooler temps on the way. Kevo72
ohio I'm in Marion and I hunt just west and in Delaware and I have only seen sporadic movement. It has been really warm and really windy which has not made for good hunting
WStreblo
ohio I live in Jefferson county and starting to see small scrapes but nothing in the form of heavy pre rut / rut activity. I'm off the week of Halloween and will be hitting it hard.
Tominator
Decent movement last Sunday, saw a little six chase a doe, and a tiny 3pt come in to the grunt/rattle. Had a flurry of road kill last week, but nothing since. Too warm for general movement during the day I think. Next 2 weeks should get interesting, and I think I finally will have time to hunt a bit. Big Dave Sgro
Knocked the snot out of a huge doe earlier this month. All buck activity has been minimal. I hunt some great land in NW Ohio and honestly Im a little concerned this year. Really hoping it picks up in these next couple weeks.
