MCH
Not sure how long it will last but right now Walmart has their Ameri-step Bone Collector Hang-on stand(10 lbs) that normally sells for $89.00 bundled with a set of 3 climbing sticks. Separate they retail for $198 but online they have the bundle on sale for $89.00. I just ordered two site to store!

redkneck
Does that say 3 32" rails included? Not going to get very high with that? Also, I did get a cheap Ameristep lockon a couple years ago (the $50 one). I will say that is the most awful, uncomfortable stand I have ever owned. I almost am afraid to draw in the seated position, it's so flimsy I feel like I'm about to fall constantly. Hope this one is a lot better or it's not worth having. VTbrshbstr
I think those rails are supposed to be spaced out but even if you could space them out a foot each and safley make the step between them thats only 11 feet by my math. One more would be about perfect. Sportsmans Guide has some good deals on tree stand and climbing stick combos as well.
wtnhunt
Is this the same deal you are talking about Kevin Ameristep Bone Collector Value Bundle (Ultra Portable Hang-On Tree Stand & set of Rapid Rails): Hunting : Walmart.com? Says only 2 rapid rails with this one. Local store here has the other ameristep hangon that has the armrests on it which looks a lot more comfortable for $89, just like this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Ameristep-Bone-Collector-Deluxe-Hang-On-Tree-Stand/16224780. Think the hangon in that bundle deal I posted the link to had previously sold for around $50 if I remember right.
MCH
The link you've posted says set of 3 rails, William. Also, my local Wal-mart has that exact same Bone Collector hang on sale for $89.00 right now. Also checked New Boston, TX Wal-mart and same thing. I like it because it only weighs 10 lbs. With the 3 rails and either a few screw in steps or limbs, I can easily get 15 feet up. I can walk over a mile with my summit on my back so the only time I use hang-ons is if there's not a real good climbing tree in the area. So 15 feet with a lot of limbs for background is perfect. ADDED: Just checked Wal-mart and there is an Ameri-step hang on, William that sells for $50. But it is steel instead of aluminum so it weighs more and the platform is 5 inches smaller. wtnhunt
My bad Kevin, I see now where it says 3 of the rapid rails, their listing actually says both though.:turned: I had looked where it said item description: Comes with: Tree stand with 20" x 29" foot platform Two 32" rails; 300-lb. capacity See individual items for a complete description Good deal though, local store here sold out of some of the stands like the 2 man ladder early on but has plenty of the $89 hangon's, possible they will have some to clearance this year. ruttinbuc
I got the big hang on stand for $89+tax before the season to use for a new spot that fell through. It still sits in the shed. The thing weighs in at 29 lbs. Going to have to rent a mule to haul and a cherry picker to mount the thing. It has a padded foot rest and shooting rail. Had I known that I wouldn't be using it I would have waited for them to go on clearance. It is a big comfortable stand and still worth the money compared to other stands of the same size.. MCH
Picked my stands up last night. Put one of them together and I'm very impressed. Large seat and decent sized platform and it is VERY light. Even the climbing stcks are light. Not bad for approximately $96 each.

Ravin R10 man
The climbing rails were included in the $89 with mine. Screw in tree steps included here..but the price dropped to 69..I suppose stores have different options. They did not have sticks, but ladder sections..in order to get as high as I go up they would have to include 20 feet of climber sticks/ladder
okiedog
I bought the combo today online for $49.00 with the 3 rapid rail sections. I have 4 or 5 stands laying around I didn't even use this year, but at that price I'm still buying! lol
