Shaun_300
Who thinks they'll have a white Christmas? Looking out my window right low it looks like a mix of white and green. But looking at the forecast we could have over 2 feet of snow by the end of the week. Looking like we're getting 4-6 inches overnight and tomorrow, then 8-12" on Tuesday, then another 8-12" Friday. But who knows with the accuracy of forecast these days. Should look a little more white than right now looking out my window.

whitetailfreak55
It rained all day today but no snow hope it does snow tonight
ckrich
Considering the night time temps here are barely getting down to around 35, I'm starting to wonder if we will have a winter at all! Considering a move north....
wtnhunt
Gonna guess it will be a bit unlikely we will get snow here for Christmas. Never know though, our forecast changes daily, might be in the upper 60's on Christmas day or it might be in the 30's.
hammerforged
Would like to see some snow for CHRISTmas but not likely. We usually don't get anything until late February or early March and then it will most likely be ice.
The Bug House
My brother was ice fishing this afternoon, haven't heard if they got any or not. Sweet! Been lightly snowing all day here, I'm spending the day stoking the woodstove and couch surfing with the kiddos... so it's a welcome sight! too_pointer
You would think here in Michigan we would have lots of the white stuff, but no, raining off and on the last couple of days, and pretty green out. Drove by the lake today, and looking through the fog, the ice is just a skim . ! I'm not complaining, but wife and I are wrapping presents this afternoon, and it just doesn't seem very Christmas see out. :turned: too_
rbduck
Shaun, we`ve got about 6" of snow right now(-8 out). Next few days look clear. It was almost -30 for a few days last week. Ron
MUDRUNNER
It's not looking good for us. We have a little snow in the forecast for Thursday night, but with temps in the 50's Tue. & Wed. the ground will be too warm for anything to stick. Jeramie
Considering the night time temps here are barely getting down to around 35, I'm starting to wonder if we will have a winter at all! wtnhunt
I heard that.. we are supposed to be around 62 today. Sheesh... Supposed to hit 65 here today, don't know that it will. Warm enough here yesterday afternoon I walked up on a 3 ft water moccasin while I was out for a walk after church. Weather changes here pretty quick though. One forecast I have been watching is now saying high 38 on Christmas day with a chance of thunderstorms, maybe a chance for some wet snow? Dunno about next week, forecasters have a hard time telling what it is gonna do tomorrow.
Tominator
Weather channel says there's a possibility, but I don't see how. Supposed to be quite mild all week again.
dbHunterNY
calling for a little wintery mix the weekend before but it's not looking like it'll be a white christmas.
gzilla45
Looks like a big winter storm is heading my way with anywhere from 5-10 inches of snow expected Wed-Thurs although they still aren't sure of the track of it. I wish the ice was more solid before getting that much snow though. It's always best to have a good foundation of solid ice before it snows. Oh well.
