Ultradog
I got this in an email and thought I'd pass it along.

Jeramie
Other countries don’t sugar coat violence and criminals pay on a grand scale, even with their life. We glorify too much in this country... We have truly become a nation ruled by the crooked, the media, and social status (ie popularity). Ravin R10 man
These gunmen should be shot on site.or hung in the public square..but most are cowards and take their own life.. Isreal youths must enlist in the army at an early age, and are allowed to carry weapons on them at all times
wtnhunt
Yep, most of these cowardous monsters take their own lives, would make it tough to make an example of them. I do believe if schools had someone well trained with a firearm on campus, that these type shootings like this past Friday could be stopped or minimized. Sad reality is that in this day and age society too many troubled individuals are being overlooked. This piece of crap was known to be a problem and his mother supposedly took him to gun ranges and taught him to shoot, so much so wrong with that. PotashRLS
After this most recent tragedy in CT I know that there are some teachers who are re-thinking their position on allowing teachers to concealed carry in the school setting. While this sounds radical, it most certainly is not. After all, maybe that would help teach children at a young age how to respect firearms. A CCW certification could easily be added to certain teachers job descriptions and their pay scale could reflect the added responsibility. They could take training with their local law enforcement or liaison officers and be a part of the schools incident response plan. This is a challenge to teachers. Help us make a change instead of pointing fingers at gun owners in generalizations. But in the mean time Hollywood celebrities and "Recording Artists" will continue to make millions killing people and police in the entertainment world and use that money to take away our Constitutional Rights. Time to say enough and address the real problem!
dbHunterNY
that's all over the net.... i do wish a trained professional with a gun would've been there. maybe fewer lives would've been stolen. that said this is about loss of human innocent and selfless lives. really sucks that it seems to turn into a gun debate with people divided on one side or the other. stevebeilgard
i can't imagine a school full of teachers, without some to many of them wanting to carry a gun. if the law allowed. so, simply make it o.k. for a trained, ccw carring teacher to have a gun IF THEY WANT to carry. problem solved with no additional cost. Adjam5
Great pic. El Al is Israels airline and they have never been hijacked because of their preparedness. The media is not gonna let this tragedy go away. They will milk it for all it is worth. Celebs that made their millions in shootem up and blow em up films are getting on the anti gun bandwagon. The pipsqueek mayor of NYC is pledging his billions to support candidates who are antigun and promote his agenda countrywide. How does a citizenry compete with that? Once again only the rich and powerful will control the weapons. Exactly what out forefathers warned of.

IF THEY WANT is a good point too. huge responsibility and mentally taxing being an individual with the ccw in that situation. ...banning guns won't make them go away. the day all weapons are banned and do go away is the day someone murders a bunch of people with sharpened sticks and a fashioned flint knife. Missilelock
I wonder what the result would be if every school employee was required to pass a proficiency test, and carry during school. I wonder how many hijackings would occur if every passenger was required to carry to get on an aircraft?
Dawg
A picture is with a thousand words but some can be misleading. It would do good to read over Israels gun laws. Then you would see that the above picture more than likely isn't what it's made out to be. Israels gun laws aren't as lenient as one would think.
