jesse8953 Posted January 1, 2013 Report Share Posted January 1, 2013 We dropped my girlfriends boy, steve,off at the army recruiter today.He will be shipped to Ft. Benning Ga. for boot camp.It's going to be a big change for all of us.He should graduate sometime in March.Just in time for florida turkey season!I hope he has leave time for next deer season. He will always know where home is and I'm sure since he gets 2.5 days of leave a month then he should be right.around 20 or so days by then. Encourage him and support is the best way to keep spirits up. Boot sucks so letters from home keep folks going. Its amazing to see what a difference a peice of mail can make in a mans attitude while being away. Thank him for me for his courage and beginning a journey towards defending all of us.
