The NRA etc were successful in court and the city was required to give the guns back, but most people had no way to prove that the guns were theirs (there houses were flooded and if they had records, they were gone after the flooding). It made my skin crawl. How did those NG troops not stop and think, "I swore to uphold the Constitution, I can't kick people's doors in and steal their property." I am really disappointed.
