Gun Shop Loses License. WHY?

This is a bunch of unfair bull. Every gun that has ever been used in a crime anywhere was sold somewhere the shops owner didn't know this was going to happen. I don't see in the article where it was confirmed that the firearm sold by them was even the one used (not that it makes any difference) It also didn't say that the shooting had anything to do with the raid. A lot of details were left out of this article but if it was due to this tragic incident I hope that the decision will be overturned.

ATF: Store that sold guns to Newtown mom had violations

This article says they had 500+ violations in the past few years...but didn't get noticed until after the massacre. Still, none of the violations were related to the guns used in the school shooting.

BTW, I thought they figured out that the AR-15 was not used in the school shooting!? Not that it really matters either. He could have done it with a knife or any other weapon.

Thank You for the update. You'll notice I wasn't trying to put anyone under the bus. I asked why and you brought a new perspective into view. Good catch. Lynn
