johnf
I got my new rail put on my H&R Ultra-25-06. I set it myself and added a drop of blue locktight on each screw. I then set it on a rest and got the barel ligned up with the scope (I think) I put a brick about 75 yards in front of me and lined it up looking down the barrel with the action open, then sighted the brick in on the scope. I did the same thing when I sighted in my 243 and it was only 2 inches off at 100 yards when I sighted it in. Hopefully this will stop the nightmare that has been this gun for 2 years.
