Why not shoot it first before worrying about how to fix it? Ever hear of the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? If the gun does not shoot to a reasonable accuracy level (under 2" at 100 yards), you can send it back to Browning for repair, spend a lot of money on your gunsmith getting it to shoot to a decent level, handload your own ammo, or trade it for another gun.

A bedding job on the BAR is not like doing a bedding job on a bolt gun. Since the stock comes in two pieces, it is a different critter. If it does not shoot good enough, probably the least expensive thing would be to have a BOSS system installed on the barrel. That would probably run you a couple hundred dollars.
