birdhunter39
Now that I have time on my hands , I was wondering how to go about pheasant hunting on CRP fields . besides having the out of state license and if needed a Hunter Safety Course . I'm looking for a State close by for a weekend hunt from a state other then Illinois and Indiana . I've tried googling other states but it keeps refreshing the page , so any type of help would be greatly appreciated .

birdhunter39
The farm in IL. that i hunt only has 1 rooster on the property , but has a nice number of rabbits this year i was told . In Ind. i go and do preserve shoots for pheasants because i can't seem to find wild birds . I might end up pursuing more deer then anything else or dedicate more time to waterfowl .
