Turkeygirl
Don't know about the rest of you but around 90 here and brutal....did barn chores and came in with a nasty headache.... Everyone keep your water bottle filled! Ready for some September weather here, lol
dbHunterNY
I usually bring a gallon jug full of ice and water for those days. fewer of them not living on the family farm anymore though. I seem to be pretty sensitive to headaches when I get remotely dehydrated. if I stroll in at lunch time or at some point mid-day it'll be a good day. you'd be surprised how much water you lose. doesn't have to be sunny either. wtnhunt
Only been in the 90's here, almost kind of moderate for this time of the year compared to what we have seen in the recent past, we have only seen a couple days over 100 so far this year. What gets us here is the high humidity. Heat index of 106 the other day when the temp was 93, makes it pretty miserable. Drink quite a bit of gatorade here this time of year, just plain water will leave me with potential for cramps.
