hoytman62
What is the best broad head to use for whitetail deer? I know there are a lot out there.
Scbasshunter
Best broad head For fixed blade, I recommend Muzzy MX 3 or Muzzy 100gr. Never used mechanicals. I think it's more of a personal preference to be honest with you.
bowhunter97
Find what works for you. Fixed blades some will say muzzys, some will say g5 and some will say slicktricks and etc. Mechanicals you have rage, grim reapers, t3's and many more. Its all in what you are comfortable with and what flies good out of your bow. Experiment and see what you like. And welcome to the forums. WStreblo
Best broad head If using a fixed blade I use a Muzzy Max-4 100gr. If I'm using a mechanical I like the 3 blade 100gr Grim Reaper Razortips.

SouthGaHuntingandOutdoors
The best mechanical out there right now in my opinion, Grim Reaper Whitetail Special.
dbHunterNY
the one that YOU think works well. they all work but if a broadhead doesn't give you confidence, it's not a place you want your head to be at. there's enough to go through your mind before taking a shot. they honestly all work, even the cheapest ones out there. bow setup and game pursued has more to do with selection. WStreblo
Best broad head I agree with db... Confidence is probably one of the biggest things you have to posses.
rhine16
Best broad head In the past three years, I've killed with Montecs, strikers, thunderheads, grim reapers, and shwackers. No problems with any of them, but prefer montecs and reapers
redkneck
I'll just say one thing, most all of them are quality products. Beware of the $6 three pack from Wally world, I got some to shoot hogs with and they were as crooked as a corkscrew. If you're going into it completely blind then I suggest muzzy. No other head has piled up more deer for less cash than them I promise you. After that do like the rest of us, read, buy, live and learn
RangerClay
If you like fixed blade, give Slick Tricks a try. I shoot the Slick Trick Mags. Shoot just like field tips, Lutz Mercedes stainless steel blades, and are scary sharp.

Rhino
I agree with db too. The bottom line is you want one that hits where your aiming, it cuts a hole, it's durable, and it's razor sharp.
