Born4it
Pop and I are going on our first elk hunt in Colorado this fall from November 13-19. We live in west central Illinois and have hunted deer and turkeys since I was 9, so we have all of the necessities for whitetail. What things should we absolutely make sure to bring or get that we may not have? Much appreciated! God bless, Ryan

Husabud
Lungs! Seriously, get yourself in shape. It is no joke in the Co mountains. Other than that, a good alarm- lots of early morning hiking, a good rain suit that is packable, an excellent flashlight and a good camera. You will have a blast.
