Casey
I just bought the Hoyt Maxxis but I want a back up bow. So I think the Hoyt will be the back up. I gonna look at the whole bear archery line up.

MNhunterr
Why in the world would you need a "back up bow"... AFTER buying the Hoyt Maxxis. Sure would be nice!

dbHunterNY
Hey atleast he bought a hoyt instead of a blowtech that amuses me too... I've seen Bowtechs and Diamond bows dry fired with nothing there and come out fine. those days of bad limbs where that saying came from are long gone. have shot a Maxxis... not Hoyts best bow but good. Heard good things about Bear's new Motive bows but haven't shot any.

hoosierhunter
Bear Motive 6 & 7 I've heard the bear bows are nasty draw cycles and very jumpy. They are extremely fast though. I did hear a good review on the pse dream season bows for being so short axle to axle.
bowhunter97
Hoosier out of pure curiosity what brand do you shoot? I dont recall ever hearing what type of bow you shoot. Now im curious i mean most people have posted about theirs but i dont think i've seen you do it.
hoosierhunter
Bear Motive 6 & 7 Elite GT500. I've shot it since 2009. I've yet to find a bow that I like better and I've shot a ton of them. In fact, I've insured bow shops and have turned down cost purchases on nearly all major lines. The draw cycle and back wall are the best on the market IMO and its not even close. The warranty is also unheard as lifetime transferrable.
