FireStation46
IF the allegations are proven true, this is a big black eye for all hunters everywhere Hunter sparked massive Calif. wildfire that threatened Yosemite: Forest Service - U.S. News
SouthGaHuntingandOutdoors
Yeah, I heard that a little while ago, disappointed is an understatement!
WStreblo
A big black eye Just throwing this out there... I think hunters punish their own more harshly than what people think, especially when laws are broken.
Ravin R10 man
Easy to point fingers, but the CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE individual will be found. The fact he MAY HAVE BEEN A HUNTER, DOES NOT EVEN ENTER THE PICTURE, nor does that have anything to do with the fire.
FireStation46
That is why I said "if". They have yet to prove it. Could be an easy excuse for them
Ultradog
It's pretty sad to see the devastation it has caused. On the other hand, how do we know it was a hunter? I for one would not take NBC's word for it unless I saw some convincing evidence. Did you read the comments on the article? I just read a few but most of them were rants about how stupid, lawless and irresponsible hunters and gun owners are.
Ravin R10 man
NBC is prob. not going to tell us it was some liberal tree hugger trying to keep warm while looking for yet another "endangered" species to keep timber harvesting from happening. They would rather have all the dead trees fall and rot, which can also provide fuel for a fire
