hoosierhunter
Team 7 - Team Pile Driver It's a new farm I got this week. It's actually one of two that I secured. This one is a top of the line 90 acres that hunts very large. The other farm is only 10 acres but it's surrounded by about 350 of unhunted property. I saw 7 tonight including a nice 125 inch 8 that walked literally right under the tree. He'll be a beauty in a year or too if he can make it. hoosierhunter
That's alfalfa to the right and cut corn to the left with a pine bedding area in front of me. Here's a couple rubs I found.. It's been a little while since I found trees the size of telephone poles rubbed side by side.

Trevor
Hunted sat and Sunday with no deer seen at all. I'm a little disappointed that I haven't put one down yet and now this week is muzzleloader season so I can't hunt now until next Sunday. woolybear
Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around for a while.... been huntin'! Congrats on the does hoosier and Rhine! I took a doe today, but it looks like that's all I'll be putting up for us durring archery. I was trying to pinch pennies when I bought my tags so I only got my archery and regular season. Long story short, I had to burn my 'either sex tag' on this doe thinking I had an 'antlerless tag' to put on her, but since I didn't get my ML tag yet I never got the extra antlerless permit. I wont be able to buck hunt untill Next Saturday when our regular gun season opens. I really screwed myself this year.
bowhunter97
Its all good man. I havent been hunting cause i havent had a ride and i dont have my own truck. Next year though i'll be hunting more cause i should have a truck by next season. And who knows maybe i'll just have to skip a few days while hunting lol (im looking forward to it)

woolybear
Here's my doe from the other day. I'll get her entered soon as I take my tag pic. I'll be spending my time this week moving stands and cams trying to pinpoint a shooter for the gun season opener next Saturday. Good luck out there this week everybody! rhine16
Team 7 - Team Pile Driver Stud (sarcasm) 8 from this morning. Passed a million this size but I was in a total killing mood this morning. I've got two more buck tags now.

hoosierhunter
Nice Rhine! Here's the buck I passed on earlier this week. He's a pretty good one.
woolybear
Good deal Rhine! Gotta keep the cobwebs dusted off for when that giant steps out! You guys sure do get a lot of buck tags. Hoosier- you're nuts passing a buck like that, lol.
bowhunter97
You think they get a lot of buck tags? We can kill 2 deer a day all season.
rhine16
Team 7 - Team Pile Driver That's a heck of a deer to pass Hoosier. Can't wait to see what your targets look like. I'd kill to be in the Midwest right now. Yes wooly it's really ridiculous. And to mark it even worse, it's actually an "honor system" so there are no tags. I've been kicking myself for shooting ever since I touched off on the release. I've passed up so many deer that size and better over the past several years, just had a weak moment yesterday. Don't expect me to upgrade until at least December guys. Don't see any prerut activity until then. Will probably try to gig another doe or two. fly
5 points My new Mathews performed well. I'm hunting a special public draw area that requires an antlerless deer to be harvested prior to an antlered deer. Took this button to full the requirement. 5 more to the board, but I'm hopeful for an upgrade before its over.
