Turkeygirl Posted September 25, 2013 Report Share Posted September 25, 2013 Anyone else out hunting anything? Last year didn't get out maybe once to squirrel hunt. Yesterday AM went out for the 2nd time this year, new spot on state land. Wasn't hearing or seeing any squirrels. After wandering for an hour I finally walk into a pocket with shagbark hickory and the squirrels were launching nuts!:clap: Got 2 out of there, missed one other, and heard numerous others hollering after I shot.
