New York State SAFE ACT Guidelines.

When you buy one sign, buy two or more. You'd be surprised how many people will ask you where they can get one. You'll be an instant hero.

I have two on my front lawn, one in my shop window and a decal on the back window of both my vehicles.

Surprisingly I have had a couple people come by and want to buy a sign. In our conversation they said they don't own a gun but are very upset at the way the legislation was presented and passed.

only had three left. getting more if I can.

There are a few Sheriffs in NY who are dead against the SAFE Act. They have gone as far as to publicly announce they will not enforce it. We need to be sure these Sheriffs are re-elected and remain in office.
voting is by far most important. I agree. spit, fuss, and cuss won't do any good. electing those who support your freedoms is the only way to change the path we're on. legal action takes longer than office terms.

More than just a few. These Sheriffs claim they took an oath to uphold the constitution of the State and country. They feel the law is in direct violation to both constitutions, therefore they will not enforce the law as it is written.

All but two counties north of NY City have passed resolutions opposing the Safe Act. The two are Tompkins and Albany counties. Tompkins County has I believe four liberal colleges and is predominately democrat controlled. Albany is, well make your own assessment on our state capitol.

had a co-worker tell me today that he didn't need one. said it won't change anything at this point by having the sign on his lawn. layed it out for him including the idea of not letting things fizzle out so people think we're excepting it is worse. didn't change his mind and say he wanted a sign but did walk away in deep thought. i'll probably buy him one and tell him he can have it if he wants, but regardless i'll respect his decision.

Complacency could be our downfall. We are rattling cages as legislators are starting to look at upcoming elections. I have a feeling they thought we'd dry up and blow away before now. The fact is we are gaining strength by the day.

I had a delivery of 100 signs yesterday. When I left the shop tonight I had 17 left. I am supposed to get 100 more tomorrow. I hope they come. I don't want to turn anyone away or limit the number they can buy. We need exposure! Three people today told me they don't own a gun but are upset with the process the law was passed and are siding with us. Encouraging.

So far no one has approached me and protested me having or selling these signs and I have two displayed in my window. The decals are flying out the door and I am entirely out of T shirts.

I'm spending more time doing PR selling signs than I am working. Tough to make a living like this. My poor wife is going bonkers with all the people in and out of her office. It was a pretty quiet ride home tonight.

I had two calls after I got home from people who wanted signs. I brought some home just on a hunch and I have one left.

If we win out it will all be worth it. If not, no one can say I didn't try.

Anyone know how to apply for food stamps and an Obama phone? LOL

especially now we can't give up... elections and voting are the best and sometimes only way to get things to happen or change things already in place. I can understand why things are stressful. You're doing a good thing though. How do you get those perks you mention? Walk up to a democratic campaign office, tell them you've got no job, got no insurance, don't really want to work, you're hungry, but you can vote and have a few other buddies that are in the same boat.

What drives me nuts are the guys at my range who won't put out a sign because the fear it advertises they have guns to criminals.

I know some have the glass front cabinets. i'm aware some might have those concerns but a criminal has to be a whole lot of stupid or on a death wish to break into a home with one of those signs out front.

I'm not worried so much about my guns compared to other stuff in my house. all my guns are in a big safe. took tie straps and three grown men to get it where it is now without the door on. now the door's on and it's full.

When I left the shop tonight I was completely out of signs and decals. I have a shipment coming in Wednesday but I am going to drive 40 miles tomorrow morning to get 100 more to hold me over.

I have met and chatted with some wonderful people. No vigilanty types like some might expect. These are decent respectful people who are upset by our whole political process.

To date over 300 signs have gone through our shop. I have a list of people to call as soon as I get a restock.

This group, www.ncf2a.com is strictly volunteer with many of us taking seed funds for product out of our own pockets to get stock. We are making nothing on sales. Everything taken in is spent buying more product. We don't ask for membership dollars or donations even though I have had some people offer. I have met some new friends here which are dedicated to our cause. When we pick up or deliver stock to other sellers it is at our own expense. Why? Because we truly believe we can make a difference.

If you were a legislator and were driving around the country side and you saw "No Safe Act" signs in yard after yard would you start to be concerned about where the property owners votes were going? We are hoping so.
