Strut10
Some of those toms NEVER give up !!! Was on my way back from breakfast this morning and on the property right next to the Strut10 Ranch something caught my eye. I stopped the truck and glassed 4 longbeards and +/- 10 hens on a field edge. One of the toms was in full strut. Two of the other 3 were in 1/2 strut. Cool to see on a rainy October morning !!!! VermontHunter
I made this video while I was in my stand this week ,,, I just had to play abit, this is the first time I have ever experienced fall gobbling .... We are allowed one fall turkey of either sex, the kicker is my zone is bow only .... This was an absolute blast. Hope you enjoy the short video. 2013 Fall Toms Video by VermontHunter | Photobucket
Rhino
Cool x 2!!! Caught some strutting on the trail cams last Dec. but all the gobblers I've seen this year were just in their normal fall routine. Haven't heard any fall gobbling yet either. wtnhunt
That is cool Don. Seen them strutting during deer season here several times in the past, think I have some video somewhere of some strutting during youth hunt. Shotgun season is in here now, get one either sex, have had hens all over the place and not had the time to get out.
