Rhino
Exturkinator was a very active forum member here who tragically died in a plane crash shortly before his turkey season opened in 2007. He was in route on an emergency call performing his duty as a doctor. His name is Dr. David Ashburn. For many of us we will never forget him. He loved turkey hunting...matter of fact put feathers on it and he loved hunting it.
bowhunter97
I went back and read why the turkey contests were called "exturkinators turkey contest" and it sounds terrible. Sorry to hear that.

Rhino
this particular one I just can't bring myself to scratch up Yep the surface on these calls is unfinished. We'd have to sand down the surface to the point where not much under the glass would be legible. Just can't bring myself to do it.

Tominator
Great guy. I PM'd him one day and told him I was having surgery and asked some advice for something specific. Three or four days later a spirometer showed up on the doorstep, I don't even know how he got my address, Ohiobucks probably gave it to him. I still have the spirometer he gave me. RIP Dr. David
