dbHunterNY
ok well 6' tall isn't tall enough to eliminate many bows due to draw length. you should be around a 29" draw length. many will shoot a bow at 60 lb bow better than at 70 lbs. bows in general perform better per pound at peak weight. a higher brace height around 7" compared to 6" will help you shoot better more often. with newer bows you should still get a fast enough bow (IBO rated speed of 320-330fps at 7" brace height) to handle any game out in North America. so stick with 7" brace height, 60lb max limbs, and a solid back walled bow. PSE, Bear, Mission, and Diamond make more economical bows along side high end ones. Mathews, Bowtech, and Hoyt make high end bows. I'd check out each of their sights and test shoot any bow you can find with the specs I said.

RangerClay
I havn't shopped for a bow in a year or so. But if I were, an Elite Hunter would be at the top of my list.
abrown
I have shot nothing but Hoyt, love em, but one bow I'd look into would be the Elite. I heard them advertise that they have a Lifetime warranty that carries with the bow, and if ANYTHING goes wrong due to manufacturing, like limbs bust, they would overnight ship them to the nearest archery shop. That's a heck of warranty to put on a bow! I wish Hoyt and Mathews would back their products like that. Although I have had new limbs put on a Hoyt, shouldn't have, but did just in case. It didn't cost anything.
dbHunterNY
if you've got an Elite dealer around I'd look at them too. They're a nice bow with excellent warranty and customer service.
HunteratHeart
best bow on market Elite also part of their warranty, if your on a hunt and something goes wrong with your bow they will send you a loaner bow next day wherever you are an you just have to return bow in same condition as the sent it to you but that way you can finish your hunt.
