dbHunterNY
in the market for a new car and put a refundable deposit down on Honda Ridgeline RT with low miles. Anyone have any experience with them? What do you think?
Ravin R10 man
Kim bought a Honda CRV this past August...it handles great and rides very smooth...puts you up a bit higher, so you just have to slid in and out . Great gas milage too 28 or so?
redkneck
Can't say its my fav body style but have no doubt Honda is world class and if they started manufacturing broadheads tomorrow I'd buy them sight unseen lol. Good luck Dan. Edited November 6, 2013 by redkneck
dbHunterNY
yea it rides nicer than my wife's 4-door sedan. not the same as bed space as a normal truck but it's cheaper. trucks seem to be pretty expensive for not putting much down or trading anything in. found one used with low mileage. dbHunterNY
I pick it up Friday. Looks like I'm a Ridgeline owner.
Shaun_300
Congrats on the new ride. The GM at my work drives one and likes it a lot. Hope you enjoy it!
dbHunterNY
hey Shaun! it was a 2007 with perfect car fax, under 50k miles, got comprehensive 5 year warranty, loaded with options just no nav and sunroof. which is perfect. I'd rather have REese tow package with electric break hookup then that silly stuff. tried looking for GMC and chevy pickups with extended cab and 4x4. couldn't find any deals out there for under $20k unless it had a ton of miles. only issues I've got is gas mileage could be better for a V6 but it's not bad for an '07. I'm getting like 17-19mpg. also the back bed is on the small side. if I really need a truck for heavier work detail I can borrow my dad's GMC.
