rhine16
After 4 years of trying, my 12 year old brother was finally able to connect with his bow today. He had watched three small bucks while gun hunting yesterday, and asked for us to hang a stand on the trail they entered the plot on to bowhunt from this evening. His plan worked to perfection, as he arrowed this buck from 25 yards while working a scrape.

rhine16
That's awesome, you happen to weigh that deer? Looks pretty healthy! Sure did. 178#. Our mature bucks are usually right around that. Very unusual for a buck this young to even weigh more than 150.
