Tominator
We got around 3 or 4 inches I'd say. The wind whipped it into drifts today. I'm going to take a walk out back tomorrow to see what's moving. Hoping to see some pheasant tracks.

Jeramie
We are going to be hammered by the cold front tomorrow. There is going to be a line through Okieland. The north side of the state gets 3"-6" of snow. The south side will get between 1/4" - 1" of sleet and ice. Our low on Monday is 8 with a negative wind chill.... Shaun_300
We've had a few blasts of winter here so far. Have had snow on the ground since the first part of November, have around a foot on the ground now. Calling for freezing rain overnight though which should make tomorrow mornings commute a little dicey. I'll take all the snow you can throw at me to drive in but hate that freezing rain crap! wtnhunt
Real mess headed our way tomorrow. I hope these forecasters are once again wrong but afraid this time the warnings are going to hold true. Calling for significant ice accumulations ahead of snow tomorrow and then more of the same for Sunday. Then temps are not supposed to get much above freezing the next 5 days so the mess will likely be here a little while. Counties just to the west of us calling for 3-4 inches of snow and less ice tomorrow, hope we get more snow and no ice.
Ravin R10 man
you do have a generator William?
wtnhunt
you do have a generator William? Yep, small one, will keep our freezers and fridge going. Should have had a standby whole home unit, planned for it when we were building our house, but ran into some other issues at the time. Materials the seller shorted us that I had to buy out of pocket far exceeded the cost of the generator.
Ravin R10 man
hope all goes well...I hear round two is coming your way monday
wtnhunt
Round two is supposed to get here Sunday. Our kids Christmas parade is tomorrow, still no word. It is pretty nasty here already. Fortunately the schools did make the call yesterday afternoon, glad they didn't wait til this morning. Set a couple bales of hay out first thing and the gates all covered in ice, and the freezing rain coming down steady. Our decks have a nice slick sheet of ice on them, got icicles forming on power lines already and it is supposed to do this crap all day, not good. Power company has made a lot of prep though, most trees above and near lines were taken care of a few years ago. Main concern is ice overloading the lines and snapping poles. Hope the temps drop enough soon and it changes over to snow or sleet.
Ravin R10 man
No ice storm here, but our power went off at 5 am today...called in and reported it asap as we have -30 wind chills....1.5 hrs later power was back on...house cooled down a bit, prob. did not hurt to have more than a foot of snow on the roof, 68 is the lowest temp got in here..normally have it at
