redkneck
Smacked a nanny and had a fresh warm backstrap to marry with jalapenos cream cheese. One of my all time favorites to eat with a few cold ones at the camp. Good stuff!

redkneck
Thanks William. The recipe is a breeze, slice backstrap pretty thin, put in your fav marinade. Chop up peppers and mix with cream cheese. Take about about a couple teaspoons full of the mix and lay it in the meat, roll, bacon, toothpick, and grill. About the time it gets a nice charred look on the bacon, the meat will be about medium and the peppers should be tender.
