Trevor
Read a news report tonight that said 95% of the Great Lakes are covered in ice. First time in 20 years that all the lakes are frozen, should help water levels in the spring.

redkneck
Yeah been a cold one no doubt. Single digits here and lots of ice this year which is rare for me. I'm ready for spring and fishing. Gonna be in Michigan and then Chicago all week, maybe I'll get a chance to do some ice fishing while I'm up there. Muff
yep lots of ice here this year......years ago we would be driving from the Island to Kingston in winters like this,,,,but now there are laws against us doing that....to many people lost their lives when their cars went though. gzilla45
Spent the last few days ice fishing. 24 inches at one spot and 30 at the other. Definitely plenty of ice to keep me fishing well into spring.

They brought home 200# of I-I-I-iiiice, tried to F-F-F-frrrry it up.... They BOTH DROWNED!!!
