texastrophies
Got mine in...... what a credit card hit!!! good luck to all the dog It does move the balance up quite quick doesn't it. elk, deer, antelope (x2 with Jake) and oryx for me. My monthly cycle ends on the 16th, so I waited until after that to apply with hopes that the refunds will be issued (prefer not to get one actually) before the due date a month and half or so from now. colorado bob
Which oryx hunt did you put in for? I killed mine on the Stallion Range. That was back when they gave Non-Res 10% of the tags. I drew mine on my 1st try & it was on a whim. Non-res didn't want to pony up the fee & I drew on my 3rd choice. I just put in for the hunts with the most tags. They are all good hunts. I wonder what AJ put in for?
pointing_dogs_rule
Cabelas points? Good luck getting drawn. Yes, Cabela points, however, once you DO NOT draw the card is issued a refund and the points come off of the card. Wish they did like Wyoming and issue you a check. Elk and Oryx aren't too bad... it's the sheep that's the killer. good luck to all the dog
texastrophies
Yea I have been able to stay away from the sheep and the ibex in NM. If I can ever get the oryx I am sure I will migrate to one of the others. The good thing with the fee is that it does reduce the number of applicants. That is why I liked AZ up until a couple of years ago, not only did you have to pay full fee up front, but it had to be cash. No CC. If you check the application history for you can very easily see when they started accepting CCs. Good luck

Yep got refund checks from Wyoming on elk draws. Figured it would be the same with most states. Hope you get to keep your points this time Marty.
