maytom
Been shooting a Mathew's Switchback for almost 6 season's now, and getting the urge to try something new. Been looking at the new Bowtech line for my next bow. Any one else thinking of up-grading in 2014?
MUDRUNNER
Probably not me. I would like to upgrade my Mission Journey, but have too many other things that the funds need to go to. I'm hoping next year I can swing it.

wtnhunt
new bow this year anyone? I want a new bow and probably could justify needing one but too many other things going on. Seems always something with the kids, just dropped a grand on our oldest to have her wisdom teeth pulled and looks like our insurance is trying to weasel their way out of paying their part, leaving us on the hook for another 1250. Just can't seem to catch a break. If and when i am able to get something i might look at a crossbow due to the problems i been having with my shoulder. bowhunter97
I got a new bow this year not a 2014 but new to me. Its a 2012 elite answer. Great bow i love it
Trevor
I'd love a new bow but the funds are just not available
HUNTINGMAN
I have been shooting my sbxt since they came out, put new string and cable on it last year with all new dampeners. It is still like brand new but i am thinking of making a major change this year. Last year is the 1st year since i was a kid i never bowhunted, i think a change to rekindle the fire is in need. I am trying to sell my sbxt to fund a new bow purchase, im gonna go traditional this year. I am going to get a black widow psr if i can sell my bow, something i have been pondering on for a few years now. I think the time is now if i can sell my mathews, just cant bring myself to drop 1000$ on a recurve unless i have a little differance to put down. I've got into that. i ended up getting a Bear Super Kodiak #50 62" length. my bow isn't equal to a custom like a Black Widow but it's still a very nice bow. I used some wool yarn to custom silence the bow. I missed a massive doe with other deer at 10 yards and under. the arrow stuck in a muddy deer trail and none heard the shot enough to run away. not sure how much you know about recurves but i'll tell you anything I've learned. if you've got questions. they're definitely humbling but unlimited amounts of fun. dbHunterNY
I haven't upgraded but added to the stable to have a bow setup specific for each purpose. just picked up a left over '13 PSE Bowmaddness 3G for 3D shoots.
hoytshooter09
I have had my bow for 6 years now and have been looking to upgrade but every time I shoot my bow now it shoots so good I don't want to get rid of it so maybe next year. RangerClay
I've been busy outfitting my daughter so she can hunt this year. Hopefully next year I will find the funds for an Elite Hunter.
JimPic
I bought 6 custom longbows in the last 5 weeks
Born4it
About 90% sure I am actually getting a new one this year. Looking hard at the Elite Energy 32. Going to put a QAD HDX on it, and I haven't decided on sight, stabilizer, or quiver. Only Gold Tips get shot through this guy's bow, so that's an easy decision. God bless, Ryan
NBomb500
No new bow here. Probably gonna use my dad's again this fall. Too many options to choose from.lol So can't decide on 1.

Turkeygirl
No need to upgrade anytime soon. Got my 2011 Elite Hunter for hunting and my 2013 Elite Hunter I'm re-configuring for 3D.
Rhino
No need for an upgrade...my Bowtech Invasion performs great for me with my decision to get a bow several years ago where I could reduce my draw weight & still carry more than enough KE & momentum to blow through any big game animal at least as good as my previous bows with higher draw weights. Old age reasons for reducing my draw weight. Hits where I aim too.
bowhunter97
I know ive already posted here but im on my 4th bow this year. None of them were "new" and i hunted with my 2010 alphaburner last year. I traded that in january and got a 2009 alphamax32 then traded that in February and got the 2012 elite answer then traded that for my 2010 Mathews z7. Im happy with this one and will probably hunt with it this year then trade it.
JimPic
Just picked these two up in the last week or so. A '65 Bear Kodiak recurve and a John Schulz made Hill longbow
Cnich226
Buying my first bow! Hunted last year with my grandpas 1984 bear compound and feel it's time to update haha. Still looking to get my first bow kill so this season with the bow "it's brown it's down" is in effect!! I'm leaning Hoyt over Mathews right now from the bows I've shot so far in my search
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
I haven't decided yet. I had my 2010 Mathews z7 up for sale, and my uncle told me he wanted it. He hasn't come up with the money yet (been 2-3 months) and the longer he waits the more I feel like I want to keep it.
