hammerforged
My daughter got me an Optima V2 in stainless with the thumbhole stock for my birthday last month. CVA recommends using White Hots but I have never used them. I have always used Pyrodex pellets or Blackhorn 209 in my Kodiak Magnum. Anyone here have any experience with the White Hots? I understand from speaking with CVA that I would need to change out the breech plug to be able to use the Blackhorn 209 powder.

pruts
A friend of mine uses them in his T/C, and likes them. I cleaned his gun once after shooting it a few times one afternoon and would say they burned cleaner than the Pyrodex I'm used to. Liked the way his gun shot as well.
