Going to bike, hike, fish, swim, and live out of my travel trailer for two weeks as we move from campground to campground. Even booked an old time wagon ride cookout complete with a cowboy escort. stevebeilgard Posted June 9, 2014 Report Share Posted June 9, 2014 i've spent tons of time there. you will love it. maybe take a raft trip down the snake river. most certainly fish in yellowstone. good fishing and the permit is free with your enrance fee. so is the camping in the camp grounds. there is a very good chance you will see buffalo, elk, moose, deer and bear. when you leave (or go), use the northeast entrance and head down to red lodge, mt to get onto I-90 east. It's the highest road in america, called the most beautiful,and you may see the mountain goats also. you are about to have the trip of a lifetime.
