Team 5

Recommended Posts

Checking in teammates. I see John is on top of setting up each team's thread right now. U da man John!

I should crank up the beginning of my season this weekend in Missouri. Heading there the end of this week to hunt ~5 days. I also have a new place to hunt in Mississippi this year too. I'll hunt at the new MS place when I'm not in MO. Most of my time before Thanksgiving will be spent in MO, then I'll be spending most of my time here in MS. Back to getting to hunt 2 ruts again. Peak rutting activity in this particular area of MS starts about Dec. 20th. MO's rutting action starts getting good about Oct. 25th.

RangerClay is checking in and is ready to defend my title as 2013 Deer Contest Champs! My season starts on the 27th but things don't get too heated up till November.

LOL! I think this is the third year in a row that Lewis and I have been teamed up together. :drink:

We should have a team name. Let me think of a few and I'll get back to you.

Congratulations Joe! Nice!

I just got home from Missouri. Had some chores to take care of before I left...like getting the last of our food plots planted. I drove straight to my taxidermist from MO today with my buck & my buddy's buck. I'll post my entry pic & tag pic in a few minutes. Then I'm going get some supper before I start a thread in the bowhunting room about the wild beginning we had to the MO bow season...2 bucks killed and a doe between me, my buddy, and my son. Oh & my buddy missed a big 12 point the 1st afternoon.
