smha6784
I have aways thought that does pee I. Their hocks before they go in heat. I.E. Brown smelly hocks means she was in heat. Am I incorrect on this ?? Reason I'm asking is because I have a few pics of does with brown hocks and a good many of them just dropped last month. Rut here is usually late January-feb never real consistent and by some of my surveys does were bred in may -april.
wtnhunt
Does will continue to go into estrous until they get bred. The urination across the tarsals leading up to rutting starts before they ever go in. You may have some come in earlier. They will have stained tarsals for a while. Ravin R10 man
I believe they do leading up to being receptive. Buck sure do when freshening a scrape, heck, I accidently did that out in the corn field last week, had to walk over 100 yards to find a licking branch!
