fly
Well, it's that time of year again (IL season starts Monday). Time to get the rail lubed up and move my phat heads over from my arrows to my bolts. Really love mixing things up between my compound, crossbow, ML, shotgun, and for the first time ever my rifle (in Kentucky). Good luck to all the crossbow hunters out there and be sure to post your pics!

MUDRUNNER
Good luck Fly! I have been struggling bad to see deer this season. I think I'm done for the year, but I do plan to take my daughter out with her Barnett a few times if the weather cooperates.
fly
I'm still at it MUD, I'll give up in mid-January. Taking my son out to KY this weekend for ML then it's all Crossbow.
WHISKEYSWAMP
good luck... I'm gonna try and make it out a few more times to hopefully break in the new crossbow, probably after Christmas. I've taken a doe with compound, ML, and shot gun so far this year. Late season is one of my favorite times to hunt, just need some snow on the ground to get me motivated and the deer moving.
