My son calls this corner of my basement " mancave " the hall of fame wall lol, a couple of those decoys are around 80 years old. We had a flood here back in October with about 8 inches of water in the entire basement. I had all the walls torn out two feet high off the floor and put back, I also got all new furniture and everything else that was destoryed was replaced .............. Thank God I had insurance coverage that covered it all, they told me I was up around $30,000 to do it all.

Looks like a great place to unwind. Funny you have a "Hall of Fame Room". Prior to 2006 I did not have a buck on the wall that scored over 100 inches. My cousin (and kids) made fun of me by calling my back room with the mounts the "Wall of Shame".

Now in 2015 I have eight mounts scoring 120-170 inches with most in my front room. A couple years ago I asked him what he thought of my "Wall of Shame". He laughed and upgraded my front room to the "Hall of Fame".

Very nice Lewis, yours looks great too fly!

Sucks when that happens Lewis. At least your insurance company covered the damages. The same thing happened at my parents place a few years ago when the sump pump quit. What a mess! And a pain in the rear end to deal with. Insurance also covered it and did the same thing. Ripped out and replaced the drywall I think 18" from the floor. Everything that was damaged was replaced and redone.
