wtnhunt
Just wondering y the chiropractor said no sit ups Not good for low back was the reason he told me. Crunches and leg lifts are much better.

NS whitetail
I gave up drinking pepsi back in Oct. and started to drink lots of water every day, since then I have dropped down to 195 lbs from 215, thats without any kind of dieting just not drinking crap. As far as keeping in shape, I keep active and my job is so physically demanding that its pretty much all I need to keep me in shape and somewhat toned. BeanMan
I ski, bike, and hike. Often I carry my T3 .223 on the hikes in hopes of scaring a coyote or two. It has been very warm in western Colorado and also dry, not much snow so I am also riding my mountain bike this January. It was 50 degrees today! Very unususal. Man I would love to get in a hockey league. The closest rink is about a 45 minute drive with out traffic. There is talk of one being built about 20 minutes from here, so hopefully it happens. I weight train three days a week all year round to stay in shape. I never lifted a weight until I turned 30. I'm turning 39 this march, and am stronger and in better shape than when i was in my 20's. I never diet, just eat sensibly pretty much all the time. Admittedly I don't do much cardio. I go on a mile run with my daughter once in a while or run some sprints. I do get a little running in practicing soccer and ball with the kids.

colorado bob
I went back to the gym. I do 25 minutes on the stair climber, 250 crunches and 25 minutes on the rowing machine. I know I row @ 5KM. The best way I know to loose weight is to cut out wheat, potatoes, fast food & sodas.
