colorado bob
They are out & they are online. April 7th is the deadline for applications. I've already sent in my elk & sheep applications. I'm still debating on which moose unit I should apply for. Bob
texastrophies
Haven't got them yet. Pretty sure it is just another point for elk. I hope to get my AZ elk results before the deadline so I know what to do with CO deer. If I draw AZ, points for CO, If not, I will need to find a unit I can hunt deer in this year. silvertip_co
Spent last weekend reading the new books and planning tag apps. Not sure what to do. May focus on muleys and skip elk. The place we elk hunted last yr west of Monarch has a lot of good muleys if we get lucky and draw. Steve B mentioned doing another realtree get together so I guess that's an option for 2nd or 3rd rifle OTC elk.

BeanMan
I'm still wavering over my choices. 411 for deer, third season. Going to try for a cow tag in 61 4th season, about a 50% chance there, and I'll hunt 41 B list for elk as well possibly front loader. colorado bob
Bean---Where are you putting in for moose? I thought about the new unit of 74/75-------I kind of know where they hang out in Silverton but I don't really want to shoot the town's moose, if you know what I mean. I put in for 76 & hope for the best. I was thinking you put in for Grand Meas.
BeanMan
CB, I haven't put in yet but there really aren't enough moose on the Grand Mesa to find one easily, yet. I am going to put in for unit 18 Moose but am not getting my hopes up. In all my time on the Grand Mesa I've only seen one bull, in the lake of the woods area. texastrophies
Just an update for those of you NR to Colorado who are just planning on getting points this year. If you buy a 2014 fishing license before March 31, 2015 it will save you a few dollars. Not a lot, but a few, I think $24. That is what I did for my son already, and will probably do for myself also.
