Gavindodd
I just did my science fair project (7th grade) on Edith forward arrows vs weight neutral arrows, so my results were that a weight froward arrow is much more accurate, at 20yds the group was 1.43 inches, while with the weight betray arrow the group with three arrows was 4.1....... So start switching to weight forward arrows they make a heck of a difference😃
VermontHunter
lol .. Who and how many were doing the shooting to get these results ??? I shoot Black Eagle Arrows without any type of weight forward assistance, and my 20 yrd. groups are usually smaller than 1.5" This image is a 25 yrd. target and the bulls eye is a 1" dia. circle. Just my opinion, I think accuracy comes from a lot of practice and quality equipment. I will go as far to say that eight forward arrows hit harder with the assisted weight. Ravin R10 man
Penetration would be better with more weight towards the head right? Did you do any test on that? How did you eliminate the human factor for accuracy? Edited February 23, 2015 by Mathews XT Man
Gavindodd
I have an elite energy 32 and can shoot 60 yds all day with it...... I robin hooded an arrow at 50 yds so I'm felt accurate I also took video while shooting to see if I tourqued the bow either way or up or down..... I didn't at all

I was wondering how you came to the conclusion that weight forward arrows were more accurate than a non weighted arrow.
Ravin R10 man
This may better exlpain what I was asking, eliminating , the "human Factor" Not knocking your testing methods and desire to find accuracy.it was the best you could do Im sure. Without a stationary shooting machine holding the bow EXACTLY in the same spot, you will never get true data
Gavindodd
If I were to show the video/still images, u would see that the weight forward arrow stabilizes 3-4 feet before the weight neutral area, that's how I came to the conclusion that weight forward arrows were more accurate, they were also more accurate when I shot
