Ravin R10 man
With recent record highs..ALL our snow is GONE!...Got out this a.m. for a look see, and check on how many Wolf Kills I could find. Well, did not find any, nor did I find any shed antlers, have more walking to do yet, so far I believe the deer came thru pretty good. Have heard of bear sightings too this spring. wtnhunt
Dunno, wasps swarming and warm here for now but not so sure it really is spring just yet. No redbud or Bradford pear "spring" activity. Still have geese hanging around or flying the wrong way too. Seems a lot of ma nature confusion. Y'all should have shot that ground hog. Ravin R10 man
Never did take any confidence in wether he saw his shadow or not....we will still get a foot of sloppy wet snow yet at some point. We had geese fly over the house Mon. eve. looking at the winter wheat no doubt.

Tominator
All the snow in Ohio is gone except for the mountains they pile up in the parking lots, but that's almost gone too. I'm not counting snow out until late April.
Ravin R10 man
walked everything out fairly well here...saw one spot where there was a clump of deer hair, but they could be shedding winter coat. still got some spots I want to check out if I get the time. I'm JUST GETTING LIMBERED UP! Funny how the winter has effected muscle tone....not found any ticks yet..kinda surprised at that. Only flushed one Grouse so far..numbers seem to be really low... dogdoc
Spring is definitely here in Ok. Temps in the 60 and 70's. Bradford pears all in bloom. Allergies already kicking in. It is a little early even for Ok. However, the deer are enjoying the warm up as it has kicked the fall food plots into their late winter mode and producing lots of forage. Most of the bucks are still holding onto their horns I have only found 1 little shed so far
NS whitetail
We have had and are still having the worst winter in my history here in Nova Scotia. Trout fishing starts on April 1 , but the lake ice is still 28 inches thick in most lakes, the snow is still 2 feet deep in the woods, so there will be no trout fishing for me in the near future lol.
