Hard headed boss

Got to help a good friend of mine coax this old boss bird in. He whipped two other nice gobblers before we were able to close the deal. It took a while and a lot of calling but we finally got him to break off his hens and come charging in to us. I broke in my new Madhatter 4track, cant thank Redbeard enough. I was able to get most all of it on video too so it was pretty cool. 11.25"beard with 1 3\16" spurs

Our birds are still all hen'ed up and aren't gobbling much at all. Hopefully the hens will start laying soon and things will heat up.

Congratulations Scott...real nice limb hanger. Yep...birds are henned up real bad here. Gobbling has been over shortly after touchdown, if not sooner. Birds I've been hunting have no pattern to where they are roosted this year. With the woods starting to green up, at least we'll have the ability to move on them soon without getting busted once their feet hit the ground.
