Shaun_300
Well it has now crossed the 80 degree mark here. 82 to be exact. Definitely hope it doesn't get much warmer than this! Out on a service call today installing a swim platform on a 31 foot cruiser. The Ottawa River is still only 50 or 60 degrees but I'm awfly tempted to jump in and cool off!! RangerClay
After the winter we just had, anyone who complains about it being to hot is going punched in the throat. :boxing:

wtnhunt
After the winter we just had, anyone who complains about it being to hot is going punched in the throat. :boxing: Feeling froggy. Lol. Less than a month and i am sure i will be sick of it. Warm as it has been here the past few days is as warm as it needs to get. Not too far off those miserable triple digit heat indexes here. Older i get the less i seem to be able to handle the high heat.
Rhino
Yep...won't be long before we are sweltering in triple digit heat or those heat indexes. Then just being outside can make your cloths soaking wet even if you're not really exerting yourself. Only time old farts like me can get any outdoor chores done is early in the morning. BUT...I won't be the 1st one to complain & get punched in the throat by Joe though.

Shaun_300
Another 90 degree day for us today too. Storms rolling through to the west of us. We are finally going to get some rain over the next few days and temps are supposed to drop off. I bought and installed a little 6000 BTU air conditioner for our bedroom window since we don't have central air here. I will sleep like a baby tonight! Shaun_300
82 here today too. Storms moving in tomorrow. Last Saturday morning's frost killed every single standing vegetable plant in my garden. I knew I was in trouble when I woke up and saw the thermometer was at 26 degrees. What a bummer. Gotta plant new tomatoes and peppers tomorrow. Beans and onions are coming up now!
