Strut10
This morning, while out turkey hunting, I ran across this little dude. I bumped into him as I was heading back to my truck. I was heading back to my truck after having bumped a 150-ish lb. black bear. I bumped the bear because, I believe, the wind swirled a bit. The wind swirled as I was skirting the bear in an attempt to get some pics or footage of him. I was attempting to get a pic of him because I spied him cross a small clearing and head down one of our woods roads............... ...... The SAME woods road that Lucky is laying on !!! The bear came out of the clearing in the background of the pic and walked RIGHT down the road !! I was paralleling the bear on a field edge 40 or so yards to the left of the road and got ahead of him. I seriously snapped this pic 45-60 seconds after the bear winded me and took off. One LUCKY little dude !!!!!!!!

wtnhunt
Hope lucky makes it another 4 or so years of getting by for you all Don. Momma doe probably somewhere nearby, seen a few here over the years that lead yotes away or tried to. No bears here that I know of but yeah, makes me want to do some stands for yotes, might just do that this weekend.
Ravin R10 man
I was running disk bine yesterday and escorted a fawn off the field that had got up and went farther into field and flopped. When I walked up to it, a little nudge and it let out a bawl and went running off the field. "Lucky" Then half done cutting, here comes a doe with her fawn right across the road onto the field heading for the uncut side!...she got within 100 feet of where I was cutiing, stopped, looked over the situation, then headed down the field, and of into the woods, another LUCKY fawn Edited June 11, 2015 by Mathews XT Man
