Turkeygirl
Was anyone else aware the migratory waterfowl stamp went from $15 to $25? Stopped at the post office a few weeks ago, told me it was $25....I was blown away! I haven't gotten it yet, should soon for goose hunting but $25 for a stamp is rediculous! Ravin R10 man
No Ruth, I was in disbelief they jumped 10 bucks ...still cheaper than the fine for not having it
hoosierhunter
The reason is because the stamp hasn't taken an inflation increase for quite a few years, like possibly back into the 1990's. I'm all for the increase as that money is directed towards habitat restoration from what I've heard.
RTF
It was at $15 like forever. No big deal
billkay
It's about time that they increased it. It's money that goes for the good of the ducks and geese and wetlands.

I don't see it as ridiculous because it's been about 20 years since the last increase, so it's kinda overdue.
