smha6784
Anyone using Mo' Bucks or Big & J long range attractant? Personally I have yet to see anything that works better than a mock scrape for TC photos.
wtnhunt
Not sure if those fall into food or some other attractant. Baiting not legal here, only minerals are allowed. Never tried either. Scrapes at the right time for me have been productive sites for cams.
Rhino
Never heard of it before. I have a good friend in Iowa that makes mock lick branches using Smokey's Buck Pre-Orbital Lure. It certainly works for him. I get some great buck pics from him at his mock lick branches. Sometimes he just uses a rope hanging down with the lure on it. Like this one from Nov., 2013. He swears by it. For me mineral licks work best before scraping kicks in for cam sets. Only problem is deer hang around mineral licks longer so you're apt to have to go through a lot of pics on each pull. Once scraping begins I prefer putting cams over scrapes more than anything else. Scrapes are buck magnets to any buck in the area.
