Weekend Woodsmen
During our annual rut vacation my buddy was able to get his personal best on the ground! The rut activity this year was pretty sporadic, but we had a couple good encounters. The warm weather has been killing us! Thankfully there were some cold(ish) mornings! This buck field dressed at 210, we figure he was a 4.5 year old. Now I just hope I can get one! Hope you enjoy the video! Ravin R10 man
I thought for sure I was gonna see an arrow flung at him when he came back . Most shows/ video nowadays that seems to pass for an ethical shot. Then they make excuses when the hit isnt good, Good video!
Weekend Woodsmen
I thought for sure I was gonna see an arrow flung at him when he came back . Most shows/ video nowadays that seems to pass for an ethical shot. Then they make excuses when the hit isnt good' date=' Good video![/quote'] Thank you! It wasn't easy, but I just didn't feel good about it...I am not going to lie I came real close to hitting the trigger, but I am real glad I didn't because I am sure I would have immediately regretted it! Painful when I watch it back because I go through all the things I could have done different to get a shot! He actually tricked me on the side of the tree he was coming on (he came from directly behind me, so the first time he came through that lane I was still getting turned, but that's why I LOVE bow hunting!
