Turkeygirl Posted March 19, 2016 Report Share Posted March 19, 2016 What digital cameras are you all using? My Olympus died this past week. Not impressed with a just under 2 year life. Looking at a new camera, really like the Nikon P610. Also found the Panasonic Lumix FZ200 and Canon SX530 HS. Leaning towards Nikon but wondering what all your input is? I use my camera alot of nature/wildlife/scenic photos and macro shots of flowers, etc. and obviously hunting photos. Looking at long zoom so capture wildlife and scenes better. I have a Nikon L840 and have been impressed with the quality of the pictures and video, plus it has stood up well to being carried around in a pack. fly Posted March 21, 2016 Report Share Posted March 21, 2016 Not sure about the higher end cameras as I don't like spending more than 200 dollars. I prefer a smaller camera to take the field with me. The Nikon S7000 is slim and has a 20X zoom with 16 megapixels. Easy to carry and doesn't take up much space. I add a small gorilla pod for self timer pics.
