Turkeygirl
Wondering what length you guys have your arrows cut at? With a 26 " DL Halon, my tip of my 25.5" long 3D arrows for my Elite come up to the front edge of the shelf when drawn back. Not sure whether to go a little shorter or longer or stay the same for my hunting arrows for the Halon, going to get Axis I think and probably switch to muzzy or Slick Trick broadheads. Any thoughts? dbHunterNY
depends on if they've got nock collars or not and if it's for hunting or target. hunting setup my heads or points are out past in front of the riser for more weight and just because I guess. for 3D they're cut 1/2" past the rest arm. lighter and stiffening up a lighter spine to get a 5 grains per lb arrow weight. I think those are maybe 27-1/4" and I'm a 29" draw length.
